Receivables Performance Management - Cincinnati Bell confirmed that a home phone account was fraudulently opened in 2011. They made my balance $00.00. Now I am fighting tooth and nail with Receivables Performance Mang. to remove this
I don't believe that R.P.M. wants to clear their accounts if they have been resolved. Cincinnati Bell confirmed that I owe them nothing. I have a zero balance, but R.P.M. has not updated my account or reported it to the credit agencies. I am highly disappointed with their company and the way they handle business.
